Borderless Executive Search appoints Omar Shamma to lead its activities in the Middle East

Located in Dubai, Omar has extensive international management and leadership experience, having held senior management roles in several multinational companies in the chemicals and construction products industries. Prior to joining Borderless, he founded a successful advisory practice serving major organizations in the Middle East in strategic planning, marketing and leadership. Omar is also an active speaker and facilitator delivering various programs on strategic management and leadership to audiences around the globe.
