First100Days - Take the Survey!

Experience tells us that the first 100 days can be crucial to the success of a newly-appointed executive. Yet, fact-based insight into the factors and dynamics that affect executives as they integrate into their organizations, is not widely available...until now.

We invite you to participate in this Borderless survey, which seeks your personal perceptions of the initial period in your current position. In participating you will help improve the body of knowledge related to the success of newly-appointed executives and their organizations.

The survey will require no more than 15 minutes of your time. We will share the outcome, analysis and conclusions, in early March of this year.
